What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Items may be returned or exchanged within 2 days of delivery if they are received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
Do I need to pay return shipping charges?
If the product is faulty or wrong, we cover the return cost. Otherwise, standard return shipping may apply.
When will I get my order?
Typically, delivery takes 3–5 working days after order confirmation, depending on your city or location.
Do you charge any tax on orders?
As per Government of Pakistan regulations, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders include a 4% tax. Prepaid orders are exempt from this tax, so you can enjoy tax-free shopping when paying online.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat shipping fee of 200 PKR on all orders.
